- Spor yönetimi alanıyla ilgili mesleki bilgilerle donanmış ve edindiği bu bilgileri diğer disiplinler üzerinde uygulayabilecek yeterliliğe sahip spor yöneticileri yetiştirebilme.
- Demokratik, Laik, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti değerlerine bağlı, Atatürk İlke ve İnkılaplarını benimsemiş gençler yetiştirme.
- Bireysel ve takım çalışması becerisini geliştiren, liderlik vasfına sahip, sözlü ve yazılı iletişim yöntemlerini etkin bir şekilde kullanarak, bağımsız karar verme niteliğini kazandırma.

- Pazarlama, ekonomi ve turizm disiplinleri doğrultusunda; spor pazarlaması, spor turizmi, sporun ekonomik boyutları, sporda halkla ilişkiler ve sponsorluk alanlarındaki kavram ve uygulamaları analiz etme, yorumlama ve öneriler geliştirme.
- Hukuk ve spor hukuku kapsamında spor örgütleri, spor organizasyonları, spor olayları ve spor gerçek kişileri ile ilgili yasal konuları öğrenme.
- Ulusal ve uluslararası spor organizasyonlarını düzenleyen ve yürüten kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarını, yapı, görev ve süreç boyutlarında inceleyebilme ve kapsamlı rapor yazabilme.
- Ulusal ve uluslararası spor yöneticileri ile spor yönetiminin temel alanları kapsamında iletişim kurabilme, bu kapsamda kişi ve kurumlarla birlikte proje hazırlayıp uygulayabilme.
- İnsan vücudunun psikomotor, fiziksel ve fizyolojik gelişimini, sporcu beslenmesinin temel ilkelerini öğrenme ve sportif etkinlikler ile her yaş, cinsiyet ve düzeydeki insanın gelişim dönemleri arasındaki ilişkiyi kavrayabilme.
