define basic concepts relating to the production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources management functions of businesses,participate in teamwork and serve in the production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources departments of a company,diagnose and solve problems in production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources departments of a company,take responsibility, develop proposals and conduct marketing research in the marketing department of a company,do financial planning, analysis and evaluation in the accounting and finance departments of a company and prepare financial data that could help in the decision making processes of the management,communicate using management information systems and various communication techniques within a teamwork environment in the production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources departments of a company,use fundamental economics knowledge and apply mathematics, statistics and operations management methods necessary in the production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources departments of a company,be conscious about lifelong learning and following innovations in order to gain professional development and competitive advantage in the production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources departments of a company,identify problems and develop solution suggestions in helping a company adjust its conduct along the lines of law,develop suggestions on quality improvements, workers’ safety, environment protection and cost savings throughout a company,express him/herself orally and written when serving in the production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources departments of a company,behave according to the business ethics and understanding of social responsibility in the departments of production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources of a company,in the case of a need, use intermediate level English when serving in the production, marketing, management, accounting, finance and human resources departments of a company,

Students must attend 70% of each course and 80% of each laboratory. Seminars are given in the form of theoretical or applied homework. The seminar grades are evaluated as midterm examination grade. At least one midterm examination is necessary for each course. Seminar grade can be evaluated as second midterm examination if a midterm examination will be used for the course. In order to be successful in a course, students must attend both the theoretical and laboratory lessons and take at least CC grade in average. The passing grade is calculated by the sum of 40% of midterm and 60% of final examination. The seminar grades can be either evaluated as a midterm examination instead of an examination or as a second midterm examination if an examination is to be used. Each education semester composed of 14 weeks. The final examinations are taken at the end of education semester. Students who are not successful in these examinations take make-up examination at the end of spring semester. Students who do not pass from make-up examination have to take the same lessons in following year. However, the attendance is not compulsory for these courses.Successful completion of all degree requirement 240 ECTS credit courses is mandatory in order to receive a diploma from the Department of Business Administration.

Students must comply with the legal and academic requirements to access the studies in The MKU according to the process established by the ÖSYM (Higher Education Council Student Selection and Placement Centre) regulations. Students who have started studies in other universities within or outside of the country may apply for their recognition. The recognition record is unique for each student and therefore the procedure is carried out accordingly before the start of each academic year. Under an established exchanges program or one approved by the University, exchange students from abroad may be accepted for studies on the courses taught in English. Or, if they are confident in Turkish, they may then enroll any courses, running in Turkish, shown on the Course Structure diagram.

Graduated students have opportunity working in public and private institutions as inspector, account expert and as executive at the other fields of companies. They also can work as Independent accountant and financial consultant independently.
