Social Media and Online Platforms: Students can use various social media groups and online platforms to acquire information on grammar rules, teaching strategies, and other aspects related to teaching.

Seminars and Workshops: Education faculties often organize seminars and workshops for students. These events can provide students with additional knowledge and hands-on experience.

Has the following key competencies at an advanced level;

To help students acquire a comprehensive skill set that will enable them to be successful in the field of Turkish language education. To develop their skills in researching and understanding language learning and teaching concepts and processes; to gain the ability to use special teaching strategies and methods; to use effective information technologies to meet students' developmental characteristics and related demands. Exams consist of short-term exams, midterm exams, final exams, single course exams, make-up exams, exemption and graduation CGPA threshold exams. These exams can be written, oral or both written and oral and/or applied. All exams and activities are evaluated out of 100 points. A relative evaluation system is used in the calculation of the success grade within the framework of the principles determined by the Senate. Scores below the Addition Limit to Evaluation (DKL) are not taken into account in the relative evaluation. DKL is determined by the relevant faculty member. DKL cannot exceed 30 out of 100. At the end of the DKL application, the number of students excluded from the evaluation cannot exceed 30% of the number of students continuing the course. If the raw success grade is below the Lower Limit (AL) but above 30, it is evaluated as FD, and if it is below 30, it is evaluated as FF. If the lower limit of the DD letter grade is above AL, the FD grade is also given to these grades between the lower limit of the DD grade and 30. The value of AL is determined by the relevant board, provided that it is between 35 and 45.

In order to monitor the quality of higher education programs;

YÖK is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and supervising the education and training and other activities carried out in higher education institutions.
“University Monitoring and Evaluation Reports” of higher education institutions prepared within the framework of the criteria determined by YÖK are published every year. The reports prepared according to these reports, which include quantitative and qualitative evaluations of higher education institutions, are shared with the public by YÖK.
“Foundation Higher Education Institutions Report” including academic, administrative and financial data of foundation higher education institutions is published by YÖK every year. These reports including quantitative and qualitative evaluations of foundation higher education institutions are shared with the public by YÖK. Quality assurance of undergraduate programs in higher education is provided according to the “Procedures and Principles for Providing Quality Assurance of Higher Education Diploma Programs”:
1. Creation and Approval of Curriculum:

1.1. YÖK determines the minimum standards and criteria required for opening undergraduate departments and programs in higher education institutions.

1.2. The curriculum of undergraduate programs in higher education institutions and the learning outcomes that each program will provide to students are determined by the senates of higher education institutions in accordance with the basic principles determined by YÖK on these issues.

1.3. The curriculum of the National Core Education Programs is implemented by higher education institutions with the approval of YÖK after being approved by the relevant Deans' Council.

2. Measurement-Evaluation: How the measurement and evaluation of the learning outcomes that each undergraduate program will provide to students will be carried out is carried out in accordance with the education, training and examination regulations prepared by higher education institutions in accordance with the basic principles determined by YÖK on these issues.

3. Certification: Students enrolled in undergraduate programs receive a bachelor's degree if they successfully complete the course credits and other obligations determined by higher education institutions.

4. Self-Assessment-External Evaluation: In the context of continuous monitoring, higher education institutions enter the “Internal Institutional Evaluation Reports” of the previous year into the Information System prepared by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) at the beginning of each year. YÖKAK shares the “Institutional Feedback Report” prepared for the external evaluation of higher education institutions with the public. In addition, accreditation decisions made by accreditation institutions authorized or recognized by YÖKAK also show that the quality assurance of the qualifications of the programs is provided. YÖKAK conducts regular review activities regarding the qualifications determined in accordance with the legislation.

Turkish Language Teaching Education Department, which provides services under the roof of Erzincan Faculty of Education, was accredited by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Teacher Education Programs with the number 010/046 and on 03.05.2024 for 3+2 years.

ARTICLE 5 – (1) The procedures regarding the final registration, issuance and verification of identity cards, postponement of military service, issuance of student certificates, keeping of student personal files, issuance of diplomas and similar procedures regarding students who are entitled to receive education in the units are carried out by the Student Affairs Department or the relevant authorized units in necessary cases. (2) The procedures regarding the renewal of registration, termination of affiliation, acceptance through transfer, adaptation, change of diploma program, enrollment in a course, horizontal and vertical transfers, measurement and evaluation practices, grading and all similar procedures regarding students are carried out by the unit they are registered to. Acceptence and registration procedures to this programme is made within the limits of the law defined by The Council of Higher Education (YOK)
