Spor Yöneticiliği Bölümü programı spor bilimleri alanında yoğun bir müfredat uygulamaktadır. Öğrencilerin, spor endüstrisi içerisinde yer alan her türlü organizasyonda etkin bir rol oynamalarına imkan sağlayacak bir eğitim programı yürütülmektedir. Bu program içerisinde teorik derslerin yanı sıra, öğrencilerin seçmiş olduğu branşlara yönelik spesifik eğitim verilmektedir.
- Spor yöneticiliği ile ilgili yeterli düzeyde kurumsal ve uygulamalı bilgi sahibidir; en üst düzeyde sporcu yetiştirebilmek üzere yönetsel gerekleri saptar, alt yapı ve bilimsel programları planlar ve uygular.
- Spor endüstrisinin yanı sıra genel işletme alanlarının da yönetimi ile ilişkili bilgi, beceri ve değerleri üst düzeyde kavrar, yönetim ve organizasyonun unsurlarını açıklayabilir ve yönetim fonksiyonlarını spor organizasyonlarına uyarlayabilir.
- Spor hizmetlerinin üretilmesine ilişkin yönetsel süreçleri analiz eder, ön-değerlendirme yapar; planlar, uygular, denetler ve gerektiğinde hizmet verme süreçlerini yeniden yapılandırır.
- Spor yönetimine yakın disiplinler ile spor bilimleri alanına özgü araştırma yöntemleri konularında temel düzeyde bilgi sahibidir.
- Spora özgü yasal düzenlemeleri bilir, alana ilişkin meslek standartları, alan ve ilişkili olduğu alanların sorunlarına hakim olur, alternatif çözüm yollarını kullanır.
- Seçmiş olduğu spor branşının teknik, taktik ve yönetsel becerilerini kavrar ve yorumlayabilir.

- Has sufficient level of institutional and practical knowledge about sports management; Organizes managerial requirements to train athletes at the highest level, plans and implements infrastructure and scientific programs.
- Has the knowledge, skills and values associated with the management of the general business areas as well as the sport industry and can explain the elements of management and organization at a high level and adapt their management functions to sports organizations.
- Analyzes and prepares the managerial processes related to the production of sports services; Plans, practices, audits and, when necessary, restructures their service processes.
- Has a basic knowledge of the disciplines close to sport management and research methods specific to the sport sciences.
- Know the legal regulations of the sports, master the problems related to the field standards, use alternative solutions.
- Can grasp and interpret the technical, tactical and managerial skills of the sports branch he/she has chosen.
