- Klinik Sosyal Hizmet alt uzmanlık alanlarına özgü kuram ve uygulama bilgisine sahip olma ve bu bilgiyi yorumlayabilme ve uygulamaya aktarabilme.
- Sosyal hizmet alanları ile ilgili konularda politika, plan, program ve strateji geliştirme süreçlerine katılma, elde edilen sonuçları kalite süreçleri çerçevesinde uygulamalarında kullanma.
- Sosyal hizmet alanlarında kuruluş içi ve kuruluşlar arası veri tabanları oluşturma ve bu verileri, uygulamaların değerlendirilmesi ve geleceğe yönelik stratejiler oluşturmada kullanma ve uygulamalarını kanıt temelli olarak yürütme.
- Süpervizyon bilgisine ve bu bilgiyi kullanabilme becerisine sahip olma.
- Sosyal hizmet alanları ile ilgili çalışmaları bağımsız ve/veya ekip olarak yürütme. Gerektiğinde ekipte liderlik rolü üstlenme.
