Öğrencinin girmediği sınavların puanı sıfırdır. a) Ara sınav puan ortalaması, öğrencinin ara sınavlarda almış olduğu puanların toplamının yapılmış olan ara sınav sayısına bölünmesi ile belirlenir. Bu suretle bulunacak buçuklu sayı tam sayıya yükseltilir. b) Ham başarı puanı, yarıyıl veya yılsonu sınav puanının % 60’ına, ara sınavlar puan ortalamasının % 40’ının eklenmesiyle hesaplanır. | Kalite Güvencesi | Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması: 1.1. YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans bölüm ve programların açılması için gerekli olan asgari standart ve ölçütleri YÖK belirler. 1.2. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir. 1.3. - Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi programı, öğrencilere başta kamu sektörü olmak üzere farklı sektörlerde orta ve üst düzey yönetici olarak çalışabilecek bilgi ve beceriler kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır.
- Program, siyaset bilimi ve kamu yönetimi alanlarına ilgi duyan öğrencilere/öğrenci adaylarına bu alanlarda kapsamlı bir eğitim sunmayı hedeflemektedir.
- Öğrencilere birinci sınıftan itibaren toplum, kent, siyaset, yönetim ve hukuk ağırlıklı dersler verilerek siyaset bilimi ve kamu yönetimi disiplinine derinlemesine hâkim olmaları amaçlamaktadır.
- İktisat ve işletme alanlarıyla ilgili dersler de program kapsamında sunularak mezunların çok yönlü bir bilgi birikimine sahip olmaları hedeflenmektedir.
- Program mezunlarının KPSS, idari hakimlik, kaymakamlık ve akademisyenlik gibi kariyer yollarına hazırlanmalarını ve özel sektörde istihdam edilebilecek yetkinliklere ulaşmaları amaçlamaktadır.
- Program öğrenme ortamları öğrencilere hem teorik bilgi hem de pratik deneyim kazandırmak amacıyla çeşitli mekanizmalardan oluşmaktadır. Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
- YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen eğitim ve öğretimle diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetiminden sorumludur.
- YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde her yıl hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” yayımlanır. Bu raporlara göre hazırlanan, yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren raporlarda YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır.
- YÖK tarafından her yıl vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait akademik, idari ve mali verileri içeren “Vakıf Yükseköğretim Kurumları Raporu” yayımlanır. Vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik yapılan nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren bu raporlar YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. Yükseköğretimde lisans programlarının kalite güvencesi “Yükseköğretim Diploma Programlarının Kalite Güvencesinin Sağlanmasına Yönelik Usul ve Esaslar” a göre sağlanır:

Sosyal Beşeri ve Temel Bilimler Akreditasyon ve Rating Derneği (STAR)

- Bu programa öğrenciler Ölçme Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM) tarafından verilen yerleştirme sonuç belgesi ile kabul edilir. Öğrenci GirişKabul Koşulları Lisans Programlarına Giriş- Kabul Koşulları: Türkiye’de öğrenciler üniversitelerin ön lisans ve lisans programlarına Ölçme Seçme ve Yerleştirme Merkezi (ÖSYM) tarafından yapılan sınav sistemi(YKS) ile yerleştirilmektedir. Sınav sonucu üniversitemize yerleştirilen öğrenciler, ÖSYM ve Erciyes Üniversitesi tarafından ilan edilen tarihlerde kesin kayıtlarını yaptırır. Erciyes Üniversitesinde kayıt kabul işlemleri, Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı tarafından yürütülmektedir, öğrencilerle ilgili yönetmelik ve yönergelere ulaşmak ise üniversite web sayfasından ulaşılabilmektedir.
- Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenciler için Lisans ve Lisansüstü Programlara Giriş-Kabul Koşulları: Yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerden üniversitemizi kazanan ve Türkçe bir programa yerleştirilen öğrencilerin o programda eğitimlerine başlayabilmeleri için Erciyes TÖMER tarafından yapılan Türkçe yeterlilik sınavına katılmaları veya C1 düzeyini belgelendirmeleri gerekmektedir. C1 düzeyinde Türkçe yeterliliği olmayan öğrenciler Erciyes TÖMER’de Türkçe kursu almak şartıyla kayıt hakkı kazandığı programa kayıt yaptırabilirler. Değişim Öğrencileri için Lisans ve Lisansüstü Programlarına Kabul Koşulları: Yurt dışından Erasmus değişim programı ve Mevlana değişim programları ile üniversitemize gelen değişim öğrencilerinin başvuru ve kayıt işlemleri, ikili anlaşma ve ilgili mevzuat hükümlerine göre ilgili ofisler (Erasmus ve Mevlana Ofisleri) tarafından yürütülür. Yurt içi değişim programı olan Farabi değişim programından Üniversitemize gelecek öğrencilerin işlemleri ise Farabi Ofisi tarafından yürütülür. Değişim programları için Erciyes Üniversitesine gelmek üzere başvuru yapan öğrenciler, başvuru tarihlerine uygun bir şekilde başvuru evraklarını ilgili ofislere gönderirler. Ofise gelen evraklar, öğrencinin gelmek istediği ilgili bölüm koordinatörüne gönderilir. Bölüm koordinatörleri tarafından öğrencilerin seçtikleri derslerin ders onayları yapılır ve işleme alınır. Değişim programları ile Erciyes Üniversitesine gelip eğitimini tamamlayan öğrencilere AKTS kredilerini ve başarı notlarını gösteren not çizelgesi hazırlanıp verilir
- Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi bölümünden lisans diplomasına sahip olanlar gerekli şartları sağladıkları takdirde aynı bölümde veya şartlara göre ilgili alanlarda yüksek lisans programlarına başvurabilirler.
- Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi lisans öğrencileri yan dal, çift anadal programlarına katılma hakkına sahiptirler.

The quality assurance of undergraduate programs in higher education is provided according to the “Procedures and Principles for Providing Quality Assurance of Higher Education Diploma Programs”: 1. Creation and Approval of Curriculum: 1.1. YÖK determines the minimum standards and criteria required for opening undergraduate departments and programs in higher education institutions. 1.2. The curriculum of undergraduate programs in higher education institutions and the learning outcomes that each program will provide to students are determined by the senates of higher education institutions in accordance with the basic principles determined by YÖK on these issues. 1.3.
