- Requirements: A student is required to have a minimum CGPA of 2.00/4.00 and no failing grades including summer practice Objectives: The students are equipped with sufficient background in theoretical and practical aspects of the Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- They are educated to have responsibility in design, production, control, research and development activities in a variety of industrial organizations; being sufficient in problem determination and systematic approach in their solutions ; being innovative; self confident and having the capability to perform research and development that will contribute to national technology.
- The graduates of the department are able to carry out professional engineering in a broad range of current technological sites of the society.
