- Öğrencilerimizin eğitimleri süresince madencilik hakkında bilgi ve becerileri artmakta sürecin sonunda da maden işletmelerinde yapılan staj ve teknik gezilerin öğrenme çıktılarına katkısı sağlanmaktadır.
- Proje okuma ve değerlendirilmesi, mühendisten sonra gelen bu elemanlar sayesinde akıcı hale getirilecektir.
- Uzmanlaşma ve bu sayede muhtemel teknik eksikliklerin ve hataların en aza indirgenmesi sağlanacaktır.
- Maden Teknikerleri uygulama ile teorinin kaynaştırılmasında aktif olarak faaliyet gösterecekler, böylelikle mühendis için gerekli proje ve planlamaların yapılmasına daha geniş bir zaman kalacaktır.
- Emniyet ve üretimle ilgili konularda yeni yönetmelikler ve müeyyideler oluşturulmasında mühendise daha geniş bir perspektivde bakış imkanı ve yardımı sağlayacaklardır.
- Zorunlu stajlar kapalı işletme, açık işletme ve cevher hazırlama tesisleri stajları olarak planlanmıştır.

The reading and evaluation of the Project will be made fluent with these personnels who came after engineer. Specialization and minimizing of the possible technical shortcomings and the risk of the errors will be provided by this way.Mining technicians will operate actively in the fuse of practice and theory, thus much more time will remain to do necessary Project and plans for engineer. They provide help and opportunity to view in a wider perspective for engineer to create/constitute new regulations and sanctions in the issues related with safety and production.
