İnönü Üniversitesinin Enstitülerinde uygulanan programlar arasında (kurum içi) ve yurt içi-yurt dışındaki diğer üniversitelerden (kurum dışı) İnönü Üniversitesi'nin eşdeğer programlarına, 30/10/2017 tarihli ve 30225 sayılı Resmî Gazete'de yayımlanan “İnönü Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim-Öğretim Yönetmeliği” hükümleri ile Senato tarafından belirlenen esaslara göre geçiş yapılabilir. Geçişler ve derslerin kabulleri ilgili kararlar Yönetim Kurulu tarafından alınır. Doktora için yatay geçişler Güz ve Bahar Yarıyıllarında yapılabilmektedir (http://inonu.edu.tr/tr/fbe).
