- Fen bilimleri kapsamında gerekli kuramsal ve uygulamalı temel bilgilere sahip olup bunların doğası, kaynağı, sınırları, doğruluğu, güvenirliliği ve geçerliliğini değerlendirme bilgisine sahiptir.
- Alanındaki kuramsal ve uygulamaya yönelik güncel bilgilere bilgi teknolojilerini, yazılı ve internet tabanlı kaynakları ve bilimsel yaklaşımı kullanarak ulaşır.

Examinations consist of short-term exam, midterm exam, final exam, single course exam, additional exam, excuse exam, exemption exam and make-up exam. These exams can be written, oral, or both written and oral and / or practical. 2. The term of the final exam is at least two hours and the term of the midterm is at least one course. In short-term exams and multiple-choice exams, , the duration of exams is determined by the instructor. 3. The average of midterm exams and lab-related studies, homework and short-term exams (if any) on the raw grade of the course is 40% and the effect of the final exams is 60%.
