• The students have advanced knowledge about the basic concepts of business administration, the basic functions of the business management science, the historical development of it, its relationships with other disciplines, businesses and the environment, business objectives, feasibility studies, business functions, cooperation between firms and entrepreneurship, and apply them and make administrative decisions on these issues.
• The students analyze and design at the organizational level, understand the functions of business management that are planning, organizing, execution, coordination and control, describe and apply them, and be acknowledged with modern management perspectives.
• The students have information about the basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management process and strategic analysis and strategy selection, implementation and control strategies.
• The students have the ability of performing teamwork efficiently and providing task sharing and coordination between team members.
• The students have the ability of evaluating economic indicators and plan the way of using the job opportunities in the market.
• The students understand the production techniques, fundamentals of production, contemporary approaches of production systems and the context where the production is undertaken.
• The students have skills for decision making and analyzing, modeling, solving and interpreting problems using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• The students have legal, ethical and professional principles and have social sense of responsibility at the decisions and administrations.
• The students become skillful at maths, econometrics and statistics, making more effective decisions with econometric and statistical analysis.
• Furthermore, they are capable of predicting the outcomes of these decisions and interpreting the cause and effect relation.
• The students use research methods and techniques for writing a thesis or doing scientific research.

One midterm and one final exam are given in semesters. 40% of the midterm exam and 60% of the final exam are collected and the student's achievement grade is determined.

The program consists of at least eight courses, not less than 24 local credits, a seminar course and thesis study. The master's degree program consists of compulsory and elective courses. The total ECTS credit for the program is 210. Besides the midterm and final exams, learning activities such as reports, assignments, quizzes, seminar presentations and project studies in the lessons can be used in the performance evaluation of the student during the semester. In order for the student to be successful; 40% of the midterm grade and 60% of the final exam grade must be at least 65. If the student is unsuccessful, he / she may register again or take other graduate courses approved by his / her advisor. In addition, courses can be selected from the courses offered at other higher education institutions by the recommendation of the adviser and the related institute directorate and by the approval of the Institute Administrative Board. It is stipulated by the institute that the number of courses taken from other higher education institutions can not be exceeded by nine credits, but how much can be counted as a minimum of 21 credits. Up to two of the courses the learners will be able to choose from undergraduate courses, provided they have not been taken during undergraduate study. The seminar course and thesis work are evaluated as successful or unsuccessful according to the local credit system. The student has to register for each semester thesis study since the beginning of the third semester at the latest. A student in a thesis graduate program must write the results of thesis related to the dissertation writing rules of the related institute and defend his thesis orally in front of the jury. After the completion of the thesis examination, the jury decides acceptance, rejection or correction of the thesis with absolute majority. The student who has been given a correction for the thesis shall make his / her dissertation within three months at the latest and defend his thesis again in front of the same jury. At the end of this defense, the student who is not accepted as a thesis is deleted.
