The person with this qualification;

(1) Examinations; midterm exam, final exam, make-up exam and single course exams: 

    a) Midterm exam: Examinations or exams made within the semester of the courses envisaged in the relevant education and training plan.

    b) Final Exam: It is the examination made at the end of the semester.

    c) Make-up examination: It is the examination which is opened for students who can not take a midterm / final exam. The make-up exam takes place on the date determined by the relevant unit. Students must file an application with the relevant academic body by documenting the situation within three business days at the latest from the conclusion of their excuse. If the excuse is approved by the relevant board of directors, only a one-off students are entitled to an excuse examination.

    d) Single course examination: Students who fulfill the conditions for continuing and if applicable enrollment for their graduation but are required to graduate according to the note taken from the single course examination will be given the first two weeks after the fall and spring semesters and the last two weeks the course is entitled to an exam. (3) Other letters used other than success grade letters are:

    a) BL: Successful non-credit dersten.

    b) BZ: The dersten failed as non-credit.

    c) T: It is a sign indicating that students are registered within the period specified in the second and third paragraph of the 17th article of the profession.

    d) E: In the project, finishing project / finishing design project and similar studies, students who can not finish their work within the determined period are given. It is determined by the instructor who teaches when the work will be completed. Students who fail to complete their work during the specified period are given an FF grade.

(5) Assessment of achievement grade is made according to the relative evaluation system taking into consideration the distribution of grades and the class average, taking into consideration the grade of the success of the class together with the raw success grade. Quota of graduate programs, application announcement and student acceptance

(1) Quota and application conditions of graduate programs in institutes The proposal of the board of directors is determined by the decision of the institute board of directors and the approval of the Senate.

(2) New student quotas for each semester are determined by taking into consideration the counseling loads of the academic staff in the department.

(3) The graduate programs, quotas, required documents, application deadline, exam dates and other information related to applications and exams are announced by the Rectorate. This announcement can be given at the beginning of each academic semester.

(4) The principles of scientific evaluation and / or interview jury are determined by the Senate.

(5) Criteria for student admission to graduate programs and criteria for achievement evaluation are determined by the Senate. Admission of students to scientific preparation program

ARTICLE 9

(1) Scientific preparation; graduate and postgraduate students who have completed their undergraduate or graduate studies in a higher education institution than the ones in which they apply The program is organized and executed by the decision of the board of directors.

ARTICLE 10

 (1) Those who are graduates or students of a higher education institution and who want to increase their knowledge on a certain subject can be accepted as special students in graduate courses with the approval of the department head. The special student is not an education aimed directly at obtaining a degree in the relevant program but the duration cannot exceed two semesters. Students taking private student status cannot benefit from student rights. In the exemption procedures of the students admitted to the graduate program as special students and the courses they are successful, the exempt courses cannot exceed 50% of the courses given in the related graduate education.

(2) Special student admission conditions and other provisions on this subject are determined by the Senate. Admission of foreign candidates

(1) The conditions of admission to the graduate education programs of foreign candidates are determined by the Senate by the opinion of the head of the department and the proposal of the institute board. Admission of students through horizontal transfer

ARTICLE 12

(1) The student who has completed at least one semester in the graduate program at the university or other higher education institution may be admitted to the graduate programs of the University through a horizontal transfer within the framework of the principles determined by the Senate.

Departmental graduates can work as High-level Engineers at various levels in our country and foreign industrial, various universities, public and private institutions, research institutes.
