(1) Examinations; midterm exam, final exam, make-up exam and single course exams: 

    a) Midterm exam: Examinations or exams made within the semester of the courses envisaged in the relevant education and training plan.

    b) Final Exam: It is the examination made at the end of the semester.

    c) Make-up examination: It is the examination which is opened for students who can not take a midterm / final exam. The make-up exam takes place on the date determined by the relevant unit. Students must file an application with the relevant academic body by documenting the situation within three business days at the latest from the conclusion of their excuse. If the excuse is approved by the relevant board of directors, only a one-off students are entitled to an excuse examination.

    d) Single course examination: Students who fulfill the conditions for continuing and if applicable enrollment for their graduation but are required to graduate according to the note taken from the single course examination will be given the first two weeks after the fall and spring semesters and the last two weeks the course is entitled to an exam. In addition, in order to be able to graduate, students who can not graduate due to the fact that AGNOs are below 2.00 in case they are successful in all courses in the education program they are enrolled to apply to a department of professors who they are successful in raising AGNOs, they can take the single course exam. The note taken in the single course examination is the success grade of that course. There is no single course examination right from courses that require application such as completion project, workshop and project work. The lack of a students internship does not constitute an obstacle for him to take the one-course exam.

    e) A student who makes copies in all kinds of examinations, practices, laboratories, workshops, assignments, midterm project and similar studies, attempts to make a copy and helps copying or copies after examination of relevant documents, counted.

ARTICLE 10

 (1) Those who are graduates or students of a higher education institution and who want to increase their knowledge on a certain subject can be accepted as special students in graduate courses with the approval of the department head. The special student is not an education aimed directly at obtaining a degree in the relevant program but the duration cannot exceed two semesters. Students taking private student status cannot benefit from student rights. In the exemption procedures of the students admitted to the graduate program as special students and the courses they are successful, the exempt courses cannot exceed 50% of the courses given in the related graduate education.

(2) Special student admission conditions and other provisions on this subject are determined by the Senate. Admission of foreign candidates
