Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri
- Öğrencilerin, İŞLETME programı müfredatında yer alan her bir ders ünitesinin öngörülen öğrenme çıktılarını elde etmede ne kadar başarılı oldukları, dönem içi etkinliklerle ve her dönem sonunda yapılan final sınavlarıyla ölçülmektedir.
- Dönem içi faaliyetlerin değerlendirilmesi, yönetmelikle belirlenen lisans programlarındaki bütün dersler için zorunlu değerlendirme yöntemleri olarak en az 1 ara sınav, dersi yürüten öğretim üyesinin uygun gördüğü durumlarda bir ödev ve kısa sınav (quiz) içerir.
- Ara sınav ve final sınavları üniversite tarafından belirlenen ve ilan edilen tarih, yer ve zamanlarda yapılır.
- Öğrencilerin dönem sonu notları, ara sınav, ödev değerlendirmesi, kısa sınavlar, final sınavı ve varsa diğer değerlendirme sonuçlarına dayanarak öğrencilerin devam şartını sağlamasını da dikkate alınarak öğretim elemanları tarafından verilir.
- Dönem sonu notunun belirlenmesinde final sınavının katkısı Yönetmelikle belirlenen tüm lisans programlarındaki tüm dersler için en az % 50 dir.
- Bir öğrencinin başarısı her ders için tanımlanan her bir değerlendirme (dönem içi çalışmalar ve final) için öğretim elemanı tarafından değerlendirilir.
- Değerlendirme 100 tam puan üzerinden yapılır ve dönem sonunda standart sapma ve sınıfın not ortalaması dikkate alınarak harf notuna dönüştürülür.

| Further Info | The success of students in achieving the expected learning outcomes of the each course unit within the curriculum of BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION programme is evaluated via assessments of in-term activities and final examination which takes place at the end of each semester. Assessment of in-term activities includes a minimum number of a mid-term examination, homework and a short-exam (quiz) as compulsory assessment methods for all the course units within all degree programmes defined by the Regulations. Mid-term and final examinations are conducted in dates, places and times determined and announced by the University. The students’ final semester grade is given by their instructors based on mid-term examination, homework evaluation, short-examinations, final examination and, if there is any other assessment results taking into account the students’ compliance with attendance to the course activities. The contributions of the grades of the in-term activities and final exam grade to the final success grade of a course are determined by the course instructor and announced to students within the first two weeks of the semester. Moreover, the contribution of the final exam cannot be less than 50 % for all the courses within all the degree programmes defined by the Regulations. The success of a student for each assessment (in-term and final) defined for each course unit is evaluated by the instructor. Our graduates may find employment opportunities in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s), in large scale companies and multinational companies and they can work in many areas such as accounting, market research, production, marketing, after sales services, planning, management and control according to their individual interests and preferences. If they succeed in public personnel selection examinations, they are appointed to career jobs such as supervisor, controller, regulator, expert etc. as well as senior manager positions in the state institutions and organizations; or they may work as clerks. The graduates who have the required conditions can enter the administrative justice judgeship exam and if they succeed at the written exam by Student Selection and Placement Center (OSYM) and the oral exam by The Ministry of Justice, they can take charge as administrative judge. Our graduates may do practices based on computer in various institutions with their computer skills which they improve themselves and learn.
