- Genel veya mesleki orta öğretimde kazanılan yeterliliklerin üzerine inşaat alanındaki bilgi ve becerileri kavramak ve ilgili araç ve gereçlerle gerekli uygulamaları yapabilmek.
- Bilgi ve becerilerini gerektiği gibi kullanarak inşaat sektörüne teknik hizmet sunabilmek.
- İnşaat ile ilgili proje ve uygulamaları ilgili kişilere açık ve etkili bir biçimde anlatabilmek ve takım çalışması yapabilmek.
- İnşaat alanı ile ilgili çalışmalarda öngörülmeyen durumlarla ilgili sorunları belirleme ve çözüm arama yeteneğini kazandığını göstermek.
