| Further Info | Each students at the beginning of each semester to register for courses and should be continued for at least 70% of theoretical courses and at least 80% practical courses. Students are subjected to at least one midterm and a final exam for each course. Success score calculated as the contribution of mid-term exam 50% (as the midterm score homework, projects, laboratory exams, quizzes, etc. can be evaluated in the scores obtained from measuring tools) with the contribution of final exam 50%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Final exam are required to obtain at least 30 points. A student has received a letter grade AA, BA, BB, BC, and CC, they are considered successful from that course. DC and DD grades are notes that conditionally successful. DC and DD grade in a course where the student to be successful the general weighted grade point average must be at least 2.0. | |

- In the field of Sea and Port Management to have the basic knowledge and concepts.
- Considering the maritime history and heritage discuss about today's maritime and port operations industry developments
- Able to know and use general shipping terms, the properties of the type of vessel and vessel dimensions,
- To perform analytical evaluations about maritime transport and port management sectors
- To explain ports, marinas and terminals in the world how were designed and worked
- To evaluate maritime transport and port management and its placed in international logistics and supply chain networks
- Able to analyze marine and port operations from a managerial point of view
- Able to analyze international conferences, organizations, institutions and conventions effects on the management of marine and port operations
- To have basic knowledge and consepts about ship chartering, ship chartering contracts and freight and calculate voyage costs and freight.
- To have knowledge of general and professional foreign language in the field will be enough level
- To have traditions of the sea with occupational and ethical values
