| İlerleme Yolları (İlişki Türü) | Sağlık Teknikeri unvanı ile mezun olup işe başlayan mezunlar, Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı kamu ve özel yataklı/yataksız tedavi kurum ve kuruluşlarının poliklinik, protez ortez yapım ve uygulama merkezi, ortopedi klinik ve alçı odasında çalışabilmektedirler. Kamu Personel Seçme Sınavına (KPSS) göre Sağlık Teknikeri (Tıbbi Protez ve Ortez Teknikeri) olarak atanabilmektedirler. - Ortopedik protez, ortez ve alçı uygulamalarıyla ilgili temel ve mesleki düzeydeki bilgi, beceri ve deneyimi kullanarak değerlendirme ve uygulama yapma becerisine sahiptir.
- Alanında edindiği temel düzeydeki bilgi ve becerileri kullanarak ortez ve proteze yönelik sorunları tanımlar, analiz eder ve çözüm için eleştirel bir yaklaşımla öneriler getirir.
- Alanındaki uygulamalarda karşılaşılan sorunları çözmek için protez ve ortezle ilgili sahip olduğu temel bilgi birikimini kullanarak bağımsız veya bir ekibin üyesi olarak çalışır.
- Alanında bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlikleri kişisel ve mesleki olarak geliştirmek için gerekli programları ve mesleki hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetlerini yaşam boyu öğrenme bilinciyle takip eder ve katılır.
- Alanıyla ilgili sahip olduğu temel bilgi, beceri ve multidisipliner çalışma bilinciyle alandaki projelere katkı sağlar, protez ortez ile ilgili teknolojik gelişmelere paralel teknik proje üretebilir, projede görevli diğer personeller ile ekip olarak çalışır.

Define, analyze problems related to orthosis and prosthesis by using the basic level of knowledge and skills acquired in the field and makes recommendations for solution with a critical approach. Work independently or as a member of a team, using their basic knowledge of prosthetics and orthotics to solve problems encountered in applications in their field. Follow and participate in the programs and professional in-service training activities necessary to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in their field personally and professionally with the awareness of lifelong learning. Contribute to projects in the field with the basic knowledge, skills and awareness of multidisciplinary work related to the field, can produce technical projects parallel to technological developments related to prosthetic orthosis, works as a team with other personnel involved in the project.
